Educational Background

Judith P.  Levy, M.S., PMP,  completed doctoral courses at Texas Women’s University including coursework in computer programming, legal liability and healthcare administration, evaluation, business management, and systematic approach to treatment programming. She received her M.S. from The Pennsylvania State University in the systems approach to program development. Her degree was in the administration of Allied Health Services with coursework in the systems approach to program design and development, cognitive and educational psychology and a minor in speech pathology and communications.  She received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in sociology with a minor in education.

Judith has taught and conducted research at Texas Women’s University and The Pennsylvania State University and Adelphi University in New York.  She conducted research and literature reviews in a number of areas including:
