Focus Groups – Independent Moderator

Judith has designed, moderated and analyzed focus groups and executive interviews.  Judith has an M.S. in Human Services Administration with a minor in communications including coursework in process consulting, preventative healthcare, systems analysis and computer programming.  Her academic research included environment – ecology, legal research, healthcare, recreation and leisure services, disabilities, gerontology among others.

Judith has experience working with various types of respondents such as direct consumers, business owners, managers, employees and various healthcare personnel.  Using her background in rehabilitation and business consulting combined with small group process and strategic planning, Judi has designed and moderated focus groups and one to one interviews fora variety of products and services.  She has experience conducting focus groups on a variety of topics including sensitive topics and healthcare issues, technology and telecommunications, products and packaging aging and leisure and trends.

As a free lance moderator and owner of Performance Focus since 1989, Judith has experience marketing and developing customer satisfaction programs using focus groups, in-depth interviews, designing and deliverying moderation online as well as mystery contact/calling/shopping online or in person.  Her educationa and unique varied experience gives her a wealth of knowledge in various fields.
